Featured card image

Developed and printed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Compendium is a compilation of most, if not all, relevant laws, implementing rules and regulations, jurisprudence, issuances including templates necessary for the prosecution and conviction of perpetrators of online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC). IJM Philippines sees it as a first of its kind in the realm of OSEC prosecution.

“This compilation is the first of its kind in the realm of OSEC Prosecution and it is our hope that this will be seen as an important resource that would further support and equip our government prosecutor allies in the fight to end the online sexual exploitation of children in the Philippines.”

WHAT PARTNERS SAY

"Our partners from International Justice Mission Philippines have created this amazing resource that compiles most, if not all, relevant laws, implementing rules and regulations, jurisprudence, and issuances including templates necessary for the prosecution and conviction of perpetrators of online sexual exploitation of children. I want to strongly encourage all public prosecutors to get a copy and utilize this reference as you prosecute OSEC cases."
